Privacy notice
This notice explains which personal data are processed when you use https://sueldomx.com, why, on what basis and how to exercise your rights. The publisher is established in France and is therefore subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because most visitors live and work in Mexico, we also follow the principles of Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares), including the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection known in Mexico as ARCO rights.

Data protection contact: contact@sueldomx.com.
2. What the calculators do not do
Every calculation runs inside your browser. Your salary, years of service, zone, days worked and any other input are never sent to a server, never stored and never linked to you. There are no accounts and no sign-up.
When you change a value, the calculator writes it into the page address so you can bookmark or share the result. That information exists only in your browser and wherever you paste the link, so share it only with people you choose.
3. Processing that does take place
Hosting logs
The site is served by GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages). Like any web server, the host may log technical details of each request (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) for security and operation, under its own privacy policy. We do not use those logs to identify anyone. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure service (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
Analytics and advertising
The site currently uses no analytics tool (neither Google Analytics nor Microsoft Clarity), shows no advertising and loads nothing from third parties: fonts and scripts are served from this domain. If that changes, this notice and the cookie page will be updated before any tool is switched on.
Messages you send us
If you email us, we use your address and message to reply and, where relevant, to correct the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest, or steps you asked us to take. We keep the conversation for as long as needed to deal with it and delete it on request.
4. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell, rent or share personal data. The only third party involved is the hosting provider, based in the United States and acting as processor; transfers rely on the GDPR mechanisms the provider states in its own policy.
5. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (GDPR arts. 15 to 22), and exercise your ARCO rights under Mexican law, by writing to contact@sueldomx.com and stating which right you are exercising. Since there are no user accounts, the only data we are likely to hold about you is an email you sent us.
If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may complain to the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL) (https://www.cnil.fr) or to the competent authority where you live.
6. No profiling, no automated decisions
A calculator result is an operation you request on your own data, in your own browser. It has no legal effect, is not passed to anyone and is not used for profiling. An employer, a landlord or an immigration office never sees it unless you show it to them.
7. Children, security and changes
The site is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect their data. It is served over HTTPS only and keeps no user database. This notice may change for legal or technical reasons; the version in force is the one on this page, dated October 3, 2026.
