Who runs this site: Radif Partners

Radif Partners publishes free salary and labour-benefit calculators. Every rate on this site comes from the SAT, the DOF, the IMSS, INEGI or CONASAMI, with the source and the date it was checked on the page.

Why an English version of a Mexican salary site

Many people start a job in Mexico without reading Spanish payroll vocabulary: engineers relocated by a multinational, remote workers who switch to a local contract, retirees who take on part-time work, foreign spouses hired locally. Their offer letters quote gross monthly pay, their payslips list ISR, IMSS, subsidio and aguinaldo, and nobody explains what the net figure will be. The English pages of this site answer that, with the same engine and the same official data as the Spanish ones, and with the local terms explained rather than translated away.

The publisher

Radif Partners publishes free salary and benefit calculators for several countries from Clermont-Ferrand, France. This site has been online since 2026 and has 31 pages in each language. Every site follows the same rules: primary sources only, one tested calculation engine, and plain explanations of what the numbers mean and what they leave out.

How the work is done

  • Primary sources. Rates come from the Official Gazette (DOF), the SAT tax authority, IMSS, INEGI and the minimum wage commission (CONASAMI), never from another calculator.
  • One engine, tested. All pages share the same formulas, checked against reference cases before each release.
  • Regular review. Parameters are reviewed at least every 12 months and whenever an authority publishes a change.
  • Stated limits. The methodology page lists what the calculations do not cover, from employer costs to non-resident taxation.

What we are not

We are not an accounting firm, a law firm or a relocation agency, and we give no individual advice. If your package includes tax equalisation, foreign payroll, housing or school allowances, or if you are in a labour dispute, use our figures to prepare your questions and then talk to a Mexican accountant or labour lawyer.

Funding and independence

The calculators are free and need no account. The site may carry advertising, kept apart from the calculators and never placed above them. Advertisers have no say over results or content, we accept no payment for mentions, and we do not sell visitor data or contact details. Details are in the editorial policy.
